I’m Erica Lewis and I support you to connect more deeply with your clarity, resilience and deep wellbeing which frees you to create the life you want. I work from a profound and simple understanding of how we create our human experience known as the Three Principles. This is a desciption of how we always have peace of mind and wisdom available to us, but our awareness of that is often disguised from us by believing the content of our thought and feekings in the moment. Grasping this understanding means we naturally discover that we can have better relationships with ourselves and others as well as a more rewarding life with greater fun and joy.
I’m really keen to share this understanding more widely to contribute to bringing about a better, more sustainable and peaceful world.
I offer one to one coaching and workshops for groups in return for whatever you feel it is worth, and I am happy to consider exchanges or offers ‘in kind’.

Regular monthly Meet Ups in Totnes and Torquay
Anyone interested in exploring the Three Principles is welcome to join us every month in Totnes or Torquay (or both) for informal discussions.
We meet in Totnes on the second Wednesday of the month at 7.00 p.m. (until about 9.00). Next one is Wednesday 12 October 2016.
The Torquay Meet Up is (usually) on the last Tuesday of the month at 7.00 p.m. but this month the next one is Tuesday 18 October 2016.

Uncover your inner resilience and deep wellbeing
In this workshop I’m exploring the simple but profound explanation of how we create our human experience known as the Three Principles. I was liberated from most of my stress and anxiety when I saw that fundamentally I am OK because my feelings are simply a reflection of my passing thoughts in the moment, rather than of my old beliefs, outside circumstances or other people. Now that I realise that the content of my thoughts are not real, but only look that way because of how our heads work, they matter much less and I relax into feeling clear and calm much more easily. What I now know is:
We experience our thoughts, not our outside circumstances
We don’t have to ‘do’ anything about the content of our thoughts and the feelings they provoke because naturally our thinking fluctuates and changes all the time
We always have access to a reservoir of infinite creativity, natural wisdom and resilience which acts like a psychological immune system and brings us back to clarity and peace
Seeing how it works means we drop into emotional well-being more easily and routinely, and there is no need to do any particular processes or practices to achieve it – it’s an ‘allowing’, not a ‘doing’.
